When will is start to see some changes?

The Structure Plan is a long term vision for the City Centre to guide public and private investment and will evolve over the years. The City of Canning will work closely with the community, landowners and other partners to begin the revitalisation of the City Centre on both a large and small scale; in the short and long term.

Development for Westfield Carousel will also be guided by the adopted Local Development Plan.  This Plan sets out the requirements for future expansion of the shopping centre and the preferred development form.
