Building Approval Certificate Application

A BA13 Building Approval Certificate application is used to obtain approval for unauthorised works to any building work associated with a Class 1 or Class 10 building or incidental structure completed without authorisation.

You can lodge a new application online using the My Canning portal.

  1. Log in to My Canning.
  2. Select Enquiries.
  3. In the search bar search for BA13.
  4. Click the Start button for the enquiry to begin the online application submission process.
