A Design Review Panel and Assessment of Significant Developments may be required for any proposed development where at least one (1) of the following criteria applies:

• multiple dwelling and mixed use developments that comprise more than 10 units;
• or development that is 3 storeys or more in height;
• or which in the opinion of the delegated officer DRP is required.
