Would you like to learn a bit more about how you can make a difference to the environment by placing your waste in the correct bin?
By visiting the Resource Recovery Group Canning Vale Centre you will see exactly what happens to your waste.
On the tour you will get to see:
- The Materials Recovery Facility (MRF), where recyclables are separated, baled and sold for reuse ♻️
- The Education Centre, where there are lots more resources to help you to reduce, reuse and recycle 👩🏫
Kids (older than 6 years old) are welcome on the tour- they must be registered for their own ticket and be accompanied by an adult. Fully enclosed footwear is essential for all participants.
This tour is organised for City of Canning culturally and linguistically diverse community.
