These workshops utilise the Tibetan sound bowls which have been used for centuries in meditation and healing practices. They produce rich, resonant tones that creates a peaceful atmosphere which calm the mind and body. The workshops help to reduce stress, anxiety, as well as promote emotional healing and wellbeing.
