The City of Canning has completed the subdivision of 96 Barbican Street East, Shelley into three strata survey lots which are now ready for sale.

The City has engaged Ideal Realty WA to assist with the marketing and sale of the lots. Ideal Realty WA will be commencing the marketing campaign on 12 October 2024 and the properties will be available for purchase for at least thirty (30) calendar days.
