Draft Bentley Redevelopment Scheme

The draft Scheme sets out provisions for the development and use of land within the scheme area, and enables the adoption of statutory planning documents, including future development policies and design guidelines. Once approved and gazetted, the planning authority for the Redevelopment Area will be transferred to DevelopmentWA.

Draft Bentley Redevelopment Master Plan

The Draft Master Plan is the first step towards the transformation of Bentley. It presents the vision for the Bentley Redevelopment Area over the next 20 years and beyond. It is a key part of planning the redevelopment and is designed to deliver a community that feels safe, inclusive, healthy and connected.
