Canning Leisure Centres making the switch
In an effort to provide a better user experience for Leisure customers, the City of Canning’s Leisure Centres have opted to migrate to a new digital Application, hosted by existing partners Technogym.
From 1 November 2024, the current Get Active Canning App will no longer be in use, and users will be asked to log in and book their classes via the City’s new Technogym App.
What you need to do:
Existing GetActiveCanning App users:
1. Open your current GetActiveCanning App.
2. Click on the top banner, ‘Download the Technogym App now’.
3. Follow the prompts to download the new App, using your existing login details to log in if prompted.
4. Technogym is now ready to go and has moved all your data across into the new app!
New users:
Download the new Technogym App for the City of Canning:
While the new Technogym App will offer a similar user experience to the old App, it offers additional benefits to customers, including:
- a personalised look and feel
- access to up-to-date facility programs
- customised workouts based on individual activity
- access to a large library of online workout routines.
Customers will continue to book classes through the new Technogym App.
Leisure Centres will have extra staff on hand to help anyone who needs assistance with the migration process and customers are encouraged to reach out to a friendly staff member to complete the App migration.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused, but we thank you for your understanding as we look to create a more user-friendly interface for our customers.
