Proposal to Dispose of Property

The City of Canning proposes to renew a lease of a 41.3sqm portion of land at Unit 5 Block D, 33-37 Murray Road, Welshpool to Asghar Syed for a consideration of $4,512.97 ex GST per annum. The market value of this disposition was assessed at $4,130 ex GST per annum.

It is a requirement of section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995 that the City disclose this information for public consideration.
