Swim School break direct debit information

As our mid-year break approaches, we want to remind families that swimming lessons will pause from Monday, July 7, 2025, to Sunday, July 20, 2025. Lessons will resume on Monday, July 21, 2025.

While you will not be charged for lessons during this period, please review the information below to understand how this affects your direct debit schedule.

Monday, June 23 Direct Debit Schedule

If your direct debit cycle falls on Monday, June 23, your payments will be processed as follows:

• Monday, June 23 – Charged for two weeks of lessons.
• Monday, July 7 – No charge due to the break.
• Monday, July 21 – Normal direct debit resumes.

Example

Levi swims on Thursdays, and his direct debit is scheduled for Monday, June 23.

• On Monday, June 23, his parents will be charged for two lessons (June 26 and July 3).
• On Monday, July 7, no payment will be taken, as there are no lessons on July 10 or July 17.
• On Monday, July 21, his direct debit will resume, covering two lessons on July 24 and July 31.

Monday, June 30 Direct Debit Schedule

If your direct debit cycle falls on Monday, June 30, your payments will be processed as follows:

• Monday, June 30 – Charged for one week of lessons (June 30 – July 6).
• Monday, July 14 – Charged for one week of lessons (July 21 – July 27).
• Monday, July 28 – Normal direct debit resumes.

Example

Zack swims on Tuesdays, and his direct debit is scheduled for Monday, June 30.

• On Monday, June 30, he will be charged for one lesson (Tuesday, July 1). He will not be charged for a second lesson, as there are no lessons on July 8.
• On Monday, July 14, he will be charged for one lesson (Tuesday, July 22). He will not be charged for a second lesson, as there are no lessons on July 15.
• On Monday, July 28, his direct debit will resume, covering two lessons on July 29 and August 5.
