Upgrading community spaces for a brighter future
09 April 2024

We are excited to share that Canning Vale Pavilion will be undergoing a series of exciting upgrades aimed at enhancing the experience for the community and clubs who use the facilities.

The project, running from April – September, encompasses a comprehensive range of improvements, including a kiosk upgrade, roof replacement, accessibility enhancements, change room upgrades, and the addition of extra storerooms.

The focus will be on renewing the condition of the pavilion, enhancing the existing facilities by modernising them, making them more functional and more accessible for both sports and community use.

With the pavilion toilets being closed during construction, temporary toilets will be available near the carpark on Waratah Boulevard, for use between 8am and 6pm seven days a week.

Canning Vale Primary School and residential neighbours located immediately around the site have been notified about the upcoming works, with additional safety measures being implemented across the site.

Please be mindful of moving vehicles within the vicinity, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and cooperation during this transformative phase. Should you have any concerns or issues to report, please contact the City on 1300 422 664.
