Registration
The City has launched My Canning, a new online system for submitting applications, making payments, and more.
My Canning replaces the City's previous online building and planning applications system.
To use My Canning, you will need to register following the instructions below.
- Go to My Canning
- Click Don't have an account? near the bottom.
- Click Register using Email that will appear near the bottom.
- Complete the Register form and click the Submit button.
- You will be sent an email verification – this may take up to 15 minutes to arrive. Check your junk folder if you haven't received it.
- Click the link in the email to verify your account.
