The City is currently reviewing its Local Planning Policy framework.
At the Ordinary Council Meeting on 17 September 2024, amendments to four existing policies were adopted, and five revised policies were approved for public consultation. Additionally, four policies proposed for revocation were also approved for public consultation. The final updates to the new Local Planning Policy framework will be considered by the Council by the end of 2024.
