Construction within the City of Canning’s road reserve must meet the City’s standard drawings and specifications.

The standard drawings and specifications provide detailed construction information. They detail the dimensions, preparation, and materials necessary to meet the City’s requirements. This ensures the final product is of high quality.

Please seek approval from the City and become familiar with the City’s standards before starting works. Works that don’t meet these requirements may be rejected, incur penalties, or bonds may be retained.
