Infringement Notices
Within the City of Canning, residents can pay or appeal an infringement online.
It can take approximately 24 hours for an infringement notice to be uploaded to the payment system. If your infringement number isn't recognised when you enter it, please try again later.
How to Pay
Credit Card or Debit Card
We accept Mastercard or Visa.
Online
To pay online, please visit our Payments page.
In person
You can pay by credit, debit card or cheque at the City of Canning Civic Administration Building (Corner Albany Highway and George St. West, Cannington), during office hours – 8.15am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
When paying by cheque, please make cheques payable to City of Canning and crossed ‘Not Negotiable’.
Secure payment by phone
Telephone 1300 422 664 to speak with a customer service officer during business hours (8.15am to 5pm, Monday to Friday – excluding public holidays).
By mail
You can pay by mail through cheque. Cheques are to be made payable to City of Canning, crossed ‘Not Negotiable’, and posted to us with a copy of your infringement notice to City of Canning, Locked Bag Number 80, Welshpool WA 6986.
Infringement Appeals
If you wish to dispute a fine, appeals may be sent by submitting an online appeal ranger infringement request or via post to:

Please make sure you include the infringement number and any documentation to support your appeal.
